Looks like all of the files needed from that texture folder are there! I noticed that you should probably go in your computer to Control Panel/Folder Options/View and put a mark in "Show Hidden Files and Folders" and then unmark "Hide extensions for know file types".
You are not seeing the.bmp or .dds at the end of the file names, but they are there!

The files you are looking for are in the panel folder.
