I wouldn't suggest running compatibility modes for Win 7, not necessary. I would expect the permissions are fine and the problem is the nocd.

    Possibly the wrong version?

    Hello,
I think now that the problem is I cannot open 9.1 nocd because of a missing msvcr70.dll file. I am not able to resort this, so I had better to forget the installation of FS9.

    Hello again,
I have now installed several DLL, 9.1 nocd was asking for. After having tried to start nocd I I´ve got Another errormessage: Couldn´t load Resource.DLL. Error code Ox7E(126). Program is aborting!
What is that and how to resort this.

Is this FS9 or the installation program? I have no such resource.dll file associated with FS9 or with windows 7. The three on my machine are for completely different programs.

How and where exactly did you install the nocd?
How are you trying to launch FS9?

I succeded to update Fs9 to 9.1, but still when I want to open Fs9 the error message "language recource.DLL comes up.
NOCD is situated in C-(my own folder)-FS204Fs9-Flightsimulator 9-Fs9.1_nocd.exe. Trying to open Fs9 in the folder, the error message comes up.

That is not the file name it should be.
The nocd file needs to replace the original FS9.exe in your FS9 main folder.
You need to overwrite the FS9.exe with the nocd version.
Once this is done, if you click the FS9.exe (which should now be the nocd file) FS should open and work.
