FS9 will not show changes made to a custom airport - Help!!!

When I make changes to a custom airport I use for tests i see a version of the airport that was created some time ago ... about 10 months ago ... but without the new objects I created!

This is AFTER having un-installed and re-installed FS-9 and re-configuring the add-on files using the Scenery Library function of FS-9.

I have no idea where FS-9 is getting the older scenery!

The objects/changes show up fine in FS 2k2 but not in FS-9 or for that matter FSX

I am compiling the scenery with SCASM v2.96 on my E: drive where I do all the design work.

My Directory Structure for add-ons is shown below as is a fragment of my scenery.cfg file

If anyone has insight into how this is happening I would really appreciate it.

At the bottom are screen grabs from the FS2k2 and FS-9 versions of the same bgl file

An addon airport holds the placement of the objects only.

Default objects are already in FS. They will show up.

Your own objects will first need t be installed.

You do this by compiling them first into an object-library. Your object library file can contain one or multiple objects. (An object-library is a .bgl file btw.)

You then install your object library just like you would install an airport. For example as:

../Addon scenery/objectlib_my_first_objects/scenery/myobjects_1.bgl

then activate that area in the FS scenery library just like you would do with an airport.

The objects will then be in fsx, and will show up on any airport that should show them.

freeware object libraries with nice objects in them can also be found in the flightsim.com file libraries.

Also, there are two BGLCOMPs for compiling for FS9 and FSX. I'm not too sure if objects compiled for FS9 will show up in FSX. It's possible as I created shooting stars for FSX using a FS9 BGLCOMP, but I'm having some minor issues with it and have yet to test my newly compiled BGL using the FSX BGLCOMP in the FSX SDK.

I have compiled the objects and created a bgl file with changes and replaced the older version.

Please see my original post .

My problem is the changes don't show up. Objects from a version of the bgl that no longer exists on my system is displayed. I have looked at the Scenery.cfg file and other places with no luck in finding out why this is happening. I even un-installed and re-installed the entire sim (FS9) but it still happens.

I'm wondering if MS Has a cache somewhere that has to older bgl files and points to them.

Any one ever have this experience ????
