Thread: Mac os, helicopter newbie.

  1. Default Mac os, helicopter newbie.

    Hello everyone.

My guess s that this s one very old question but here goes. I'm on a MacBook Air running OS 10.13. I'm NOT a gamer. I'm 53, clueless, but desperately want to fly helicopters if only in a computer then so be it. Is it possible on this Mac or must I have a Microsoft Computer to have all the fun here?

Your best bet is either an older version of X-Plane or Flightgear. Flightgear is free, so probably a good place to start. After these options, then yes, you would need to look into Windows. It is possible to run Windows on your Mac, but the hardware is on the low end for summing.
