What should I buy on 400 dollar budget

Hello Flight Sim forums, I have a question I would like to have answered.

 

I have three different options to choose from

 

I can buy:

 

1. Thrustmaster FCS joystick, Thrustmaster Warthog throttles, and Thrustmaster TFRP rudder

 

2. Thrustmaster Warthog Joystick, Thrustmaster FCS throttle, and Thrustmaster TFRP rudder

 

3. Thrustmaster Warthog Joystick, and Thrustmaster Warthog throttles

 

Which option should I choose?

I've been very pleased with the Warthog stick and throttle for the last several years. The hall effect sensors have more resolution than most stick and throttles and are not susceptible to the "dirty pot" syndrome. And if you elect to program them through the "Target" software, they're a matched set. They came as a single package for me.

I appreciate your input but should I invest money in a rudder pedal and sacrifice the quality of the joystick or throttle?

Just so you know, the joystick has left-right-twist control for rudder movement. So rudder pedals are not really needed.

Also the Thrustmaster warthog does not have a twist to control rudder

The Warthog stick does not have twist rudder, unless they've modified it since I got mine.

The FCS does.

But if I get the FCS joystick then I can get rudder pedals anyway

My biggest concern is whether I upgrade the throttle or the joystick
