Hey guys! Look at Peer! We have the key to why he is landing his planes at water! He is just mistaking ships and planes! LOL

How did you get the water like that, and is that add-on lightning?

I don't have many ships myslef except a ton of AI I've added. I do have an aircraft carrier group near Wake Island. Not sure if it's a harden surface or not.

Gerard, Darren and Aaron, thanks very much for kind comments! :):):)

Aaron: the water is default FSX, the lightning is a freeware addon: "white lightning", you can find it here in the FS9-libraries, works also perfect in FSX. The lightnings "last" longer so they're easier to catch..:) Oh, easy to find out if you can land on your carriers, try it! : You can find White Lightning here: https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib.php?do=copyright&fid=102631

Gerard: it's a real vessel, honest!

I saw on the Internet a motor home that acted like a boat. It was a full fledged motor home, but also floats and moves in the water at like 5 knots or something. Wasn't very fast, but damn. I would love to have that. I mean, if you're in a flood ravaged area it wouldn't matter.
