Williamb Posted July 9, 2018 Share Posted July 9, 2018 After updating my graphics driver, FSX aircraft selection screen was black. All other options on initial page worked. When the fly button was pushed to start FSX ran with black screen, with vibration and locked up. I restored my computer to earlier time where the graphics driver and FSX worked fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled the older graphics driver and the new graphics driver. The problem running FSX stayed the same. I have searched other FSX forums and found other instances of a similar problem (mostly older versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator) but none of the solutions worked for me. I do not want to uninstall and reinstall FSX and all my addons if it can be avoided. Any advice on possible solutions would be appreciated.
