Video Foundry Posted July 5, 2018 Share Posted July 5, 2018 This video was created in X-Plane 11 using the Stinson L5 Sentinel aircraft flying from London Heathrow. I am posting it because it is a departure from normal X-Plane videos in that it has an actor (me) Chroma-Keyed into it, and attempts to tell more of a story. However when I say story it isn't really fictional. I was attempting to fly this taildragger and didn't turn carb heat on, and this is what happened. The video has been enhanced in various ways, but the story is essentially true. The actual video is the first 3 1/2 minutes, and the rest is a "Making Of". Love the tech used between sim and reality (green screen stuff), good on ya private Smith at least she's down in one piece however wet or embarrassing.
