    Default The Mersey Mariner

I created another water afcad on the River Mersey running alongside EGGP Liverpool Airport.
Then did a repaint of the Grumman Hu16 Albatross, this is the maiden flight.

Nice shots! Somehow the name Albatross alone always makes me smile!!

And Jan, when not if you land that plane in the water, it will appear to be intentional!!

    Nice shots, Colin!

Now need to find a good " Short Sunderland " and take part in the "Berlin AirLift", to save the city... )
By the way, it's very interesting to land on Lake Großer Wannsee, near Tegel airport.

Thanks guys, @Stromer, I often make a new water afcad for somewhere when I fly over as sometimes it look like a nice place to land/takeoff from.
I will look at Lake Großer Wannsee, near Tegel, thanks.

In that area, I have been transporting cargoes from Wiesbaden, Fassberg, Hamburg to Tempelgoff for almost a year now online in FSVintageAIR.
This is very interesting to me.

I made the water afcad this morning but had to go out, on the map it looks a large lake but in FSX it seemed a bit smaller.
Any way I did the afcad so I'll test it to see how it works.

Nice, Colin. Even though I'm a Colonial (i.e., an American), I am a huge Liverpool football fan so this is terrific stuff...thanks!
