Some planes don't load fully

Hey everyone, so i cant figure out how to make some of the planes ive downloaded work properly. some that use to show the pannels and paint on the outside no longer do and some wont even show gauges when i load them despite following the exact instructions provided by the creator of the files. im not sure whats going on or if its just my pc. does anyone have this issue please let me know if you can help so i can fix this. thank you for any advice!!
