Missing some flight instruments

Set off on my first Lesson, Straight and Level flight.

I have the turn coordinator, the altimeter and the VSI, but there is no airspeed indicator and no attitude indicator, just blank holes where these instruments should be.

In the course of the lesson Ron talks about the speed to be attained etc but without the indicator I can't do as required.

 

What's going on? Do I need to download updates?

From another thread I recall that you have the Steam version of FSX, It's obvious that your program is not working properly and by going into Steam you'll find the option to verify the file integrity. If you select this your install will be checked and any missing or corrupt files will be replaced.

I have searched in Steam but can't find the option.

Do you know where it is located?

Start by right-clicking on FSX in your Steam library then click Properties, then the Local Files tab and finally "Verify integrity of game files"

I've found the solution and fixed the problem.

No further action required.
