Where is a good place to get DP charts?

Im learning how to flight plan and connect the DP to the enroute to the approach plate.

Also, when configuring the auto pilot for ILS, how do you figure rate of decent on the wheel? I see on the plates there are time intervals.

When you reach X marker you need to be at XXXX altitude from there its 01:35 to X marker you need to be at XXXX altitude.

I guess basically what im asking is how do i configure my MCP for ILS using the plate?

If memory serves (I am not too familiar with the 737), you may set up the path angle / rate of descent 1 NM from the FAF and activate it about 0.3 NM before. That's how it is done with Airbus.
