ishnabu Posted July 20, 2017 Share Posted July 20, 2017 i downloaded FSXWX recently and installed it with the instructions it came with. One of the instructions was to delete wxmapping.bin from appdata folder. I accidentally deleted it from the fsx root folder. Now, fsx keeps crashing! I checked to see if there is a wxmapping.bin anywhere in my fsx folder or appdata folder and theres nothing there! I know its supposed to rebuild but it isnt. Please help... Allen Craig Posted July 20, 2017 Share Posted July 20, 2017 Double click on the Microsoft Flight Simulator X folder At the bottom of all the folders within Microsoft Flight Simulator X is the Weather folder wxmapping.bin is inside the Weather folder It is NOT anywhere in my AppData / Roaming / Microsoft / FSX folder But wxstationlist.BIN is in that folder.
