microdude Posted July 17, 2017 Share Posted July 17, 2017 Hi all I'm trying to add a panel Icon to the Lear 45, for my wx radar, so i don't have to go to my instruments panel view every time. I can just click on it and have it pop up. i do have Fs panel studio. but can't seem to figure it out. If it was payware, I would have thought that they would include a panel ICON and associated .xml or .cab file with it and instructions to mount the ICON on, at least, the 2D panel. So my question is....do you have to create the ICON and associate accoutrements, or is an ICON included and you just need to know how to mount it? Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer! Not just take my file and use only a different icon. For example, the number used in the gauge would need to be different too. To prevent a conflict with my fmc icon gauge. And more. PAULCRAIG Posted July 18, 2017 Share Posted July 18, 2017 Yes I know, I have made my own icon gauges, all I was saying is that your icon data is a starting point, also it would only conflict with your fmc icon gauge if he had an fmc & used your icon gauge.
