Would The Card Specs Below work in FSX ,Xplane11 or p3dv4?

Matrox makes this multiple monitor video card. I have copied the specs below. Does anybody know from the specs if it would work reasonably well in FSX, Xplane11, or P3dV4 ( I guess meaning respectable frame rates or performance)? I have posed the question to Matrox, but they were vary vague in their answer. Basically they said they did not test it for gaming software.
