I have done dozens - admittedly some are easier than others, but on the whole it is achievable within an hour or so of 'work' (= labour of love!). It's quite satisfying to fly your own repaints, especially if they have worked really well! The tools you need are all available for free... DXTBmp is available here: http://www.mwgfx.co.uk/programs/dxtbmp.htm and Photoshop CS2 is legally available from Abode as a free download.
