Hello everyone!

Could you help me to solve this situation?

PSS navigation screens are showing track and navaids from the cdu out of the real track. The track is on the left side of the real track.

See the screens:

How can i to correct this? It happens only with PSS panels.

I'm using AIRAC 1607 but even with the previous it is happening.

Regards.

I have no experience with PSS planes at all, but: Could it be that the PSS nav gear shows things in True and all the rest chow in Magnetic headings? I am pretty sure that true north, in the Northern Hemisphere is to one side of Magnetic North. I THINK True North is to the right of Magnetic. If all other planes show Magnetic North for fiight tracks, and PSS show in True North, they will appear left of the real track. Or do I have that backwards? I need more coffee...

Anywho, I think you get the idea...

Had a thought...then there was the smell of something burning, and sparks, and then a big fire, and then the lights went out! I guess I better not do that again!

Thanks for your comments Phantom.

I've checked with IFly 747-400 V1 and it has the same problem too.

What will happens if i uninstall the FS2004 and install it again? Does it a solution?

Respectfully, I would posit that a Re-Install of FS 9 won't solve the issue at hand.

It very well could be the Panel merge that is the source of the problem...

Depends on where you are.

Current FAA charts show an agonic line running roughly from Minneapolis-St.Paul to New Orleans.

Everything west of that line would be the opposite of what you describe.

I've got it!

I've found it in a forum that some add on installed could have changed the magnetic declination and this was causing two things: the LVD767 was always goes to the left of the selected runway, and in the planes with PSS panel, Ifly and PMDG, the route on EHSI was tilted about 14 degrees comparing with the true heading.

I've followed the procedures and now the 767 is going correctly to the track, and the route in the panels of the other aircrafts, match with the real route.

I've just created a folder inside the Addon Scenery folder, called it Magdec and inside it I've created another folder called scenery. I've put the magdec.bgl file inside the scenery folder (this file is in the path: Flight Simulator 9 \ Scenery \ Base \ scenery) and enable it as usually i do with a scenery. Important!!! The folder created must always be above of the all other sceneries in the order of priority (including AES if it is installed).

Now they are working fine.

Regards.
