Realistic airlines- do you mean AI aircraft other than the default Orbit, World Travel, etc? You need an addon program like WOAI (freeware) or a payware AI. I have one for KATL that gives me a pretty full airport. Just keep in mind that they won't move from the gate. You may get lucky in your search and find some addon airport that might include some AI aircraft and flight plans that will give you what you want.
