MIP and Overhead gauges

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am new to this forum but have been involved in 737 simulator project for many years.

I would like to present CNC machined gauges which are available for sale.

Instruments are driven by standard digital RC servos.

5V integrated backlight is powered directly from the servo controller port through a splitter cable.

You can see them in action here:

Configuration with Pololu Servo Controller here:

Buy at: http://www.customsimparts.com

Please feel free to contact me for pricing at: customsimparts@gmail.com.

Regards

Tom

Please look at dimensions here:

Custom modifications are also possible.

OC USB Servo Card supports RC servos like the ones used in the gauges.

The only modification required is pin-out change per page 4 of the manual.

I received a few questions regarding matching the gauge LED backlight color to the panels lit with miniature aviation bulbs.

These panels have a very warm amber like glow and even the warm white LEDs look way too "cold".

Below is my test with a transparent adhesive vinyl.

Below gauges with amber filters installed in MIP (FDS) and Overhead (SimWorld).
