JPS Panels FS9 Universal FMC Problems

I hope I can get some help on the forum since the Frenchman who wrote it won't respond. I got it loaded fine and set up a test flight. There was only one major problem and that was when I selected my apporach and STAR. It overwrote the legs page (as I went to check to see if the WP's were really added) and you could not read anything. I figured I'd just delete the whole thing and re-install. Followed the uninstall process and it won't work. Says I don't have access or permission. WTF? I am running as administrator on W7 32 bit. Oh almost forgot. Had set the ALT at FL340. I was under VNAV and LNAV control and it started to nose up and stall. Could not recover so ended the flight. The manual tells you set the trim at a certain point but how do you set the trim on a stock MSFS 737-400??
