PMDG First load Requesting Activation key. PMDG is denying Activation key. HELP!

My PMDG is requesting a Activation key but it is denying the key. Anyone had the same problem. Side note: Do activation keys expire?

If you bought the download from the PMDG shop, you should get in touch with them.

 

If you bought a boxed product, maybe second hand, you might have a problem - PMDG does not allow transferring the license and they do not accept second hand keys. Had this problem once with a boxed copy of the J4100.

You'd better see what PMDG say. All games/sims are different with different companies, some keys expire and some don't; some keys are transferable and some are not; and some companies will issue you with a new key and some won't.

If it's a second hand game you could try asking the original owner for any special codes they might have sent him which make the activation key work.

File a ticket with PMDG support here http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/ you must register and login. Give your full name and purchase particulars and state your problem. Read the Support FAQ first. Keys do not expire, but there is a limit to how many times they may be used before you need to have them reactivated by Support. If you have a second hand copy you are out of luck.

Also O's might be numbers or letters, so try both.

And also try typing everything in upper or lower case.
