Happy New Year 2016

My first screenshot of my FS2004 simulator... which is "hot-off-the-press" basically because I just finished reloading my FS9, updating the basics, and reinstalling the base textures for the world, etc. Now the massive influx of add-ons can begin again. Hahahaha

Microsoft FS2004 / 9.1 Update

UT-USA v1.30 (vectors/landclass,etc)

FSGenesis 19m terrain mesh

FS9 EVO 2015 (Awesome texture replacement!!!)

REX FS2004 + OD (for textures only!!!)

FSrealWX v2 (weather data engine)

Climbing out over the Puget Sound in Seattle, Washington, USA in the FS9 simulator this afternoon, using real weather.

Clayton, FS9 EVO (Evolution) is an awesome complete texture replacement package for FS9, and includes a new Autogen file too. I absolutely love it, and cannot imagine my sim without it. You can get it from Sascha66. You can learn more here.

Here's a link showing the beautiful FS9 EVO textures and the REX textures.

REX FS2004 + OverDrive HD is fantastic and worth every penny. A must-have if you want the very best clouds and sky textures. I use mine ONLY for the textures. Not a huge fan of the REX weather engine because of the way the weather updates in the sim using it.

I use ActiveSkyEvolution (ASE) payware weather engine - no textures/ reason why REX is needed. FULL featured and intense.

FSrealWX PRO is also an excellent weather engine... THE fastest loading engine ever! It is only the engine though. It is freeware. Not as heavily featured as ASE, but still a solid performer in every aspect!

Here is a link showing the FSrealWX PRO in action, using REX textures installed.
