N2056
If you are too close to a fueling spot that happens. It's a known issue that has no fix. kingnorris
Beat me to it, N2056. Yeah, if you're parked at or near a fueling station, this happens.. Ron Wilson Westwinds 185 Vatsim flyer I don't experience too much of a problem with that, but when I do, I use ADE and nuke the offending (and, for me, useless) fuel trigger. I can see, I guess, a use for it to refuel your Cessna 172, but not to refuel your Boeing 744. Boom. Now you have 181 tons of jet fuel to fly from KDTW TO KSDF. Of course, you can always go to the refueling page and set the fuel where you want it. But, then when you come back to fhe flight deck you will see you have 181 tons of fuel, again. I only have one default parking place for one plane where that became a problem. And ADE helped me with that. HoratioWondersocks
hello I also had a problem with fuel loads by inadvertently parking to close to one of those filling areas. I use a very good freeware fuelling program, and simply could not work out why every time I filled my aircraft I would see it reset to 100 % (irrespective of what amount I had chosen) load after a few seconds . A kind simmer (can't remember who it was now) pointed out my error. Felt a bit of a prune!! Unless you want to autofill to 100% each flight ,avoid parking to close to those re-fueling areas. However if like me you use both X and 9 and use 9 for your airliner flights (I still much prefer 9 for this type of flying) then this is a great little utility. If you just type fuel loader into the AVSIM library you will get two entries. This is the one you want ............................ ADE works great with FSX. That is the only version of FSX I have ever used it with.
