Any tips for starting a Virtual Airline? | Satellite Airways

Hello Everyone!

I've decided to start a virtual airline on FSX called Satellite Airways, flying from the Channel Islands (google it) to airports in the U.K. and France. I've worked out a fleet of small aircraft to start with, and liveries are being made. I've got a website in the works, and I'm hoping to launch early 2016. I've never managed a Virtual Airline before, so does anyone have any tips to start and run a successful virtual airline?

I currently have some interested pilots, so I don't need anymore :).
