    And what version of windows is that? And 32bit or 64bit.

    Actually, lot's of info here. I would try these methods, in this order.

    There is one step in there "reinstall the software that cause the issue"
    In theis case that would mean fsx.If you had fsx installed a while already, and working well, then I would skip that step. Or wait until after trying all other steps.

    If fsx was just installed and immediately caused the issue, reinstalling might be something I'd try as something in the list of solutions.

    To be honest, the first things I would try are;
    1**windows update,
    2**checking "device manager" to make sure there are no yellow or red marked devices, indicating missing drivers,
    3**running system file checker.

    User32 crash is "oh oh!".

    AFAIK, User32.dll is part of your login to the system (ie your account) so if that is crashing you have a serious problem with your OS install.

    I strongly suggest you do a full system sweep for viruses and malware. Subsequently you should also run a degrag of your HDD's, and a chkdsk command to verify the data.

    I also suggest you to run the System update readiness command. It detects incorrect manifests, cabinets or registry data, and may replace the incorrect data with corrected version available.

    Press Windows key + X.
    Click command prompt (Run as administrator).
    In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press Enter key after each command:
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
