Textures are loading extremly long but GOOD Hardware

Hello,

i have a problem. I have good new hardware and im playing with best ultrahigh settings, but my fsx isn't loading the ground textures fast enough so i see green graphic mistakes/errors or whatever(see pictures). When i fly over this green "things" i see thats the texture and its loading when I fly over it. Island for example are loading/seeable just before u fly over them. The gameplay is fluent, i have around 15-25 fps mostly 25-30. My CPU and my RAM usage ist both not over over 40%.

HArdware:

AMD FX 8350 8x$GhZ

R9 280x 3GB RAM Videocard

8GB RAM

I dont use any plugins just a 737 cokpit upgrade for the default 737

PS: I edited the fsx.cfg file because i was not able to play fsx without laggs before.
