Install P3D2.5

Tweak NOTHING.

If you don't know what you are doing, you can only stuff it up. 2.5 comes ready-tweaked and most of the tweaks you will read about are nothing more than snake oil. The handful that do work deal with specialised and local issues which you won't know you have until you start with a default setup.

If you have specific problems, come here and ask specific questions and receive specific advice.

As for Nvidia Inspector, I'm sure there are a thousand snake oil salesmen who can cure whatever ails you.

Your cpu clock is marginal - if you can get above 4.0ghz you are much better off.

Initially - tweak NOTHING - especially if you are used to FSX - most of those tweaks either do not apply or will make things worse.

Depending on how you fly, what you fly, etc - you can start adjusting the normal sliders and get it the best for your system.

Accept the DEFAULT settings for P3D and whatever defaults that Global and Vector suggest

HOWEVER -

I strongly recommend that you do NOT install GLOBAL, Vector or openLC AT THIS TIME.

Get P3D set WITHOUT add ons and THEN install and adjust as necessary.

To go back to default settings in P3D you can just delete the prepar3d.cfg file located in:

C:\Users\(your name)\Appdata\Roaming\LockheedMartin\Prepar3dv2

I only have added to my config that which is suggested on facebook on the Prepar3d site and My Prepar3d works wonderful....just wish the level d 767 was on P3D and that the engine reversers and flaps would show with the PMDG on Instant Replay but they do not show on FSX either....but Quality Wings 757 does....My P3D is just fine with limited tweaking....al v
