x52 trigger not working

I JUST got a brand new x52 Pro. I installed the latest drivers and software from the website, and the trigger doesn't register. There's also no 2-stage on it. It's just one trigger pull. I'm gonna try to see if I can get a response from Saitek about how to fix this or if I need to RMA but in the mean time do any of you know what to do?

Update: the trigger must have been stuck on something because I opened it up and played around with it and put it back together and it works fine now. The 2-stage trigger does too. Not entirely sure what the initial problem was but I guess something was stuck and taking it apart un-stucked it
