    Default REX4 water color

This is an official screenshot from REX studios.
Could anyone tell me what are the settings for this result?
I can't make my FSX or P3D look like this...

Yep, I've had that experience with every piece of scenery software I've ever used. I can't seem to find "airbrush" in my FSX toolkit. Your results with Playboy model photos might be similar.

What do you mean? That is "fake" photo, made perhaps with photoshop?

If this is true, then they deserve, you know what...

From personal experience with REX 4 water textures, they do look amazing in FSX, but it's a totally different story in P3D. They look awful on my system...even with water setting at max in P3D. I never could get the water textures to look right. This is one of the reasons why I uninstalled P3D V 2.2 and await V2.3 Going to start from scratch.

At any rate, I have water at 2x high in FSX but I use DX10. The textures still look awesome.

I must say those look beautiful. I am still using REX Essentials HD and have a setup to my liking.

Have any of you tried these textures with FS Water Configure (water shaders) to see if you can adjust the colours to you liking?

Yes, but no luck. And the point is not to try with 3rd party tools something that officially presented from the developer. They should post real photos from their program and not fakes.
