Default Leaving Southampton: Carvair "Air Lingus" (FSX)

A Common sight in Western Europe in the 60's and 70's, these converted DC-4's. Not Miss World perhaps, but VERY reliable.
The Southampton FSX airfield 'upgrade' is also freeware:

Thanks very much John The beer is on it's way to you, Adam always says my poor Carvairs are fat, ugly or pregnant. Or worse! I'm VERY angry already!

Your Carvair looks like it's swollen from too many nose punches Jan, but you got some great captures of it. Nice work. Maybe an ice bag on the front end will help.

Thanks very much Larry My Carvairs nose is NOT swollen you hear! It's a timeless and very functional design. PAH!

It's a freeware 2002 / fs9 bird with lots of repaints. You have to add an FSX DC-4 panel (I use the JBK-DC-4 panel.

Hot dang, that is one good looking machine Jan, where did you find that one. I agree it's timeless and very amusing among other things you are probably no interested in hearing, well maybe just one "baby bump". All kidding aside great shots Janski.

    Your friend Adam.
