Well, let's have a go at this as long as we're going down this road.

    -space shuttle
    -mercury capsule
    -SR-71
    -A-12
    -Super Hornet
    -Eurofighter 2000
    -Super constellation
-P-51 Mustang, no screw that.....I flew in a twin mustang as long as we're dreaming here (I mean, being totally serious).
    -Thor's chariot, drawn by goats
    -Aladdin's carpet
    -The rocketeer's rocket pack
    -787 (as captain)
    -a rubber band
-a bullet. I was quick enough to hop on.

    Short: 360-100
    Sikorsky: CH-53E
[edit]Geez! I forgot to add UH-1D(Great Lakes Helicopters, Almont, Mi) and Robinson R-22(my ex's cousin's bird)

I've got some stick time in these*...
My Uncle's planes over the years: Cessna; 150(my first airplane ride, ~1960), 152*, 172*
A Piper J-3* that belonged to my best friend until the local airport(Almont 37G) closed and he sold it.
    Kit/Homebuilt:
Benson Gyrocopter* It scared me half to death and lasted about 30seconds after liftoff! Thank the Lord for a long strip!
Grasshopper Ultralight* OK in very low wind conditions, but, was a lot of fun.
Both kitbashes were owned by friends with whom I traded my labor for a test flight in their ungainly contraptions.

My favorite non-aircraft, but, flight related excursion, was courtesy of Martin-Baker.
Their Mk H7(F-4/A-4) ejection seat training tower at MCAS Beaufort S.C. was, literally, a kick-ass ride.

    C172
    C150
    C150/150 (150 horse conversion)
    C152
C180 (many flights in the 180, but you haven't really flown until you've been "looking for Elk" in the Purcells with a duster pilot, barf...)
    C185
    C210
    C182
    Citation II
    Seneca
    Cherokee 140
    Cherokee 180
    Pacer
    Bonanza A36TC
Super Decathlon (the full aerobatic routine, barf again...)
Air Tractor AT301 (rode in the hopper for a 15 min ferry flight, the view sucked and it smelled like hell, sound was awesome though)
    Bell UH-1B Huey
Kaman HH43-F "Husky" (25 hrs of free stick time there, I could hover and transition fairly well)
Sikorsky S58T (there must be something here I can hide behind)
Hiller (I don't remember the model, 12C rings a bell)
    Bell 47
    Kitfox IV, Kitfox V, Vixen
Davis DSA-1 (DSA = "darned small airplane")
    Glassair II
    Metro Liner
    KC-135
    B727
    B737
    L1011
    BA-146
    DC-9
Arctic Cat 900 King Cat on nitrous (the power to weight ratio here exceeds all others in this list by about 10:1 and the climb rate is shocking, if you really want to go for a ride...)
