    Have a new never been opened still in shrinkwrap flight sim 2.1 from 1984 and a manual from flight simulator 1.0 the very first version for IBM pc from 1982 in exellent condition.. if anyone is interested.. taking offers

    Get yourself a copy of your own! Not a collectors item that would be devalued by opening it!
    Some will need putting on floppydisk/CD/usb, some will run in DOSbox.

    Wow! Take off in COLOR! on an RGB monitor, no less! You know you're old when you know what an RGB monitor is.

    I know I'm kinda old when my first PC was running on 386.

    and to look at what's in your file directory actually involved "dir" or "dir/w" command.

    enlighten us the first version I used was 4.0 back in 1990, I bought this stuff on ebay.. just lost interest in it.. have an xt clone and a 5150 ibm considering cracking the fs 2.1 & popping it in the 5.25 drive and seeing if I can make it run..

    that enlighten was regarding rgb.. not sure if the black moniter with green letters on my 5150 is gonna be able to run 2.1
    and ive tried dir/w to see all of the entrees on some 5.25 disks I have and it dodnt work.. tried dir/p also..and nogo. did works but dam I have to read fast.. that old 8086 is quick LOL
