Default Make a Mooney M18 Mite For Msfs02/04?

    Hi all.
I have been looking all over every flightsim aircraft download site i know of and i have never seen a Mooney mite for msfs. I was wondering if it might be possible at some time for you guys to make one. If you have no idea what a Mooney M18 Mite is it is a single place 65hp retractable gear aircraft built by Mooney in the late 40's early 50's. Also I have a pic of a Mooney mite that i own on my profile. For more info on it you could go to www.mooneymite.com.
    Thanks for looking :7

Well Baron, I wish to heck we could make a simulated version of the first-ever Mooney, but these days FS folks want speed, power, and most of all, automation. It's hard enough just to produce an aircraft without LNAV, VNAV, and autoland, all of which makes basic flying / navigation skills all but unnecessary, nevermind the opposite such as the Mooney Mite. ;-)

I mean, there are still those wondering where the autopilot is in the Cessna 152 we helped produce!

Maybe one of these days FS will get back to the basics, but I doubt it.

Many thanks for the suggestion, however, at least I know someone else thinks like me!

I think the attitude is 'nevermind flying, let's play with the computer!'

Sometimes I wish I had time to do aircraft like that. The best projects are aircraft that fall through the cracks...like the 990...

My name is Erick Westbrook-Cantu. I used to make flightsim addons. I may or may not endorse this message. I do, however, fully endorse Marshall amplifiers, Gibson guitars, and Tama drums.

There is a mooney mite on this website but it is for FSX. It might be usable in FS2004 if there was some way to convert the .mdl file for use with FS2004.
