This error will occur if you moved to another computer, restored off a CD ROM, changed the configuration of your computer, or deleted folders that contain your license file (C:\Flight One Software contains copies of your license file).

Remember you must be on the exact same machine you purchased the product on. Also, for those with multi-boot systems (different boot configurations), you must run the software in the same boot configuration that was used during the purchase or internet-connected reinstall.

To fix, you will need to restore the license from the main EXE you downloaded by pressing the Reinstall button while connected to the Internet (you can cancel the Setup after the program is extracted if you do not need to reinstall the actual application).

If you lost your key, or you are getting a message saying it needs to be reactivated, go to our automated service page at http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=wrapperservice. Remember, keys (*.key) are different than license (*.lic) files.
