As much as I know, there are "talking" gauges for this. And at least one working panel with altitude calls for A320 out.
As no configuration files will be altered (only sound files added), no real chance to mess something up.
By adding right gauge to Boeing panel, You'ld get altitude calls for Boeing too. Check out and experiment!

One of the best guages for callouts is 737.WCgpws guage. This gives altitude and terrain callouts including pull up etc. If you can't find it or need help just email me at [email protected]. This guage can be used with a lot of aircraft and not just Boeing.

Download and install S-Combo, it will provide callouts and much more. Make sure you get the basic and update files for this program.
