  1. Good day, forum. I come here new as I have a specific issue I'm hoping for some advice on, and you seemed a good place to ask. I apologise if my question has already been covered but to be honest I'm not entirely sure what to search on - what I've tried hasn't led me to anything and I'm actually suspicious that the main problem I'm having is mine alone, otherwise I'm sure there'd be a lot more fuss than I'm seeing on forums. Anyway, to the point. It's actually a two-part question. The first part is about a problem I'm having with MSFS' data input screens. Weather, fuel/weight, anything where there's a slider and a number field to enter a value. I can't make them work. Specifically, when I operate the slider, say to add fuel, the moment I let go of it it bounces off to some apparently random setting somewhere else on the slide - can be anywhere from zero to 100%. If I try entering the required value in the adjacent number field, random numbers appear when I type. Like I say, I'm sure if this was a common issue it'd be well complained about, so I figure it must be my PC or my setup. Still, if anyone does know what might be causing it and have an idea how to fix it, I would be very grateful. Second part. So generally, up until now, I've avoided having to mess with the inputs too much by just letting the flight set what values it thinks are appropriate, but recently I've started flying more liners and I'm trying to learn how to operate the flight management computers. I'm using a couple of add-on aircraft most often: one is the FlyByWire A32NX; the other is Headwind's A330-900neo. I also use a couple of flight planning apps including Simbrief and Navigraph, and especially for Simbrief with its fuel and weight calculations, I'd like to be able to control these values more precisely in the sim. The FlyByWire A320 has a built-in 'FlyPad' - a tablet computer that sits in the cockpit and allows not only import of METARs, TOD and landing run calculations, but also includes a fuel loading screen which overrides MSFS' native window and allows loading or unloading of fuel (either instantly or in real time). This is really useful on flights for all sorts of reasons, but in my case specifically it would enable me to control fuel in a way I can't with my current input issues. I'd really like to find something similar that I could add to the A330 as well, but I don't think Headwind offers one. I'm not complaining - the aircraft itself must've been a lot of work and I'm not about demanding more from people who provide stuff for free. Still, if there's a generic add-on any of you know about, I'd love to hear about it. Sorry this has been a bit wordy, but thanks for reading, and for any suggestions you may be able to offer.
