  1. I happened to look at the jpg files enclosed and file 20240222140249_1.jpg is simply excellent. My hat is off to you sir, once again. Can't wait to install this file next week when I get back and get a sight at altitude.
  2. I am out of town at the moment buddy, family stuff. The file is on a thumb drive. But I should be back sometime next week and will be more than happy to install it and see your work. I am happy that there are folks still creating and designing for FSX. Several months ago I was looking for FSX scenery and came across a FS2020 sight. Someone there informed me to get with the program and that FSX is dead! Imagine that...but not in this house. Pat
  3. Thank you sir, your work/sharing is very much appreciated.
  4. I've noticed that many times a link is posted to an aircraft download or a scenery update is ready to download, link outside of FlightSim. Yet the site has been linked to some viral behavior or file(s) as evidenced by popups alerting to same. Sometimes the go around is switching browsers. Before opening any downloads however it is prudent to use additional antivirus program(s) to determining the initial danger. I use Malwarebytes and then Spybot then I use Bitdefender. All is well as I downloaded Perris Valley without a hitch. Thank you sir!
  5. Thank you sir, much appreciated. Can't wait to install this military base.
  6. Thank you sir, much appreciated. You mentioned that FSX devs gave it a dirt runway. I usually do a search for more info about the history, naming, etc. of each airfield. Surprising that in many web pages it's still listed as dirt. All is well on my end as I can land on either. All is well on my end...aka happy camper. Take good care
  7. I really miss my X-45's. At the time I had 2 and the Zone was in operation for CFS2 so that says how long ago that was. But they made such a huge difference. And the throttle is indeed smooth after using some off the wall single stick for a few years. Saitek was indeed taken over by Logitech some years ago. Good luck with your stick and throttle assembly Cas141.
  8. Shalom and greetings to you too Aharon. I enjoyed what you have posted and I say thank you sir for sharing your adventure! Take good care of yourself Aharon
  9. Thank you sir, I sure appreciate it and I look forward to flying with your scenery installed. Looks like I'll be flying in California soon!
  10. "I really wanted a more realistic version of it." And as always you have truly succeeded. Many thanks sir!
  11. Thank you very much Aaron, sounds pretty realistic to my ear. I assume this is a Allison V-1710-39 V-12 liquid-cooled or thereabouts?
  12. Thank you sir for these additional military landing fields. Any military options is a nice addition to FSX. It is indeed appreciated.
  13. Thank you Lazerson very much. Small world as my son once lived in the general area of this strip. Thanks again.
  14. Thank you kindly sir, I certainly appreciate any military scenery nowadays, and I'm sure glad FSX isn't "dead" just yet!
  15. Simply outstanding sir, as always. Thank you very much.
