  1. I had to completely wipe my main drive and not reinstall, but install it a second time.
  2. Not a reinstall. Like I said I had to completely remove and install it again.
  3. It's a good idea but then would cover up your screen when not using MSFS. I think a good utility idea would be to add a kind of "safety cover" or, for god's sake, just a simple "are you sure you want to exit MSFS 2020?" message to the program. And for whoever uses this idea after reading this and makes an add-on for it, I'll take half credit. Seriously. It's only right.
  4. DID YOU KNOW: That if you have installed MSFS but then, for whatever reason, have had to remove MSFS from your PC you must purchase it again. The installation key is only good for one install. You read this right. ONE install. So now, after spending over $240, I have MSFS 2020 on my PC again, hoping that nothing goes wrong with it or my PC.
  5. Have you ever been in a very-involved and rigorously-planned flight when, in the middle of checking your VFR map or other duty you accidently hit "X" in the upper right corner? FS goes bye bye. Even in Full-Screen mode it can happen as I found out if you press the right spot. You want to tear your hair out. Maybe I'm a moron and I am missing something, but I have tried to avoid accidently closing FS but still do it, uncomfortably too often. It never happened in any other version of FS. Just MSFS 2020. Is there any add-on or way to avoid that kind of thing? Like a button-cover for the X.
  6. No offence but this new layout is awful, to put it mildly. The thumbnails for the files look like it's trying to conserve pixels by the ton.
  7. I have no idea how to find the path for my MSFS. I had to format my drive after issues with my PC and had to reinstall the entire OS and finally MSFS after about a month of work. I used to be able to find my community folder but now I have no idea and I have torn apart every single file and its properties etc. It doesn't seem to exist!! Does anyone have any clue as to how I can find my FS path and community folder???? I have run out of ideas.
  8. This is a problem that has never been resolved. In many planes, the pilot is blocking the view in the VR cockpit!!! Why is this happening? How do you fix this crazy problem???
  9. Is it me or is this thing so hard to control it's like flying something with relaxed static stability! Yes! I have made sure my CG is within parameters.
  10. Every time I run FS, after having to change around different PC settings and delete many programs just so the new update will fit, it makes me run installation manager-which seems to do nothing except for making me set up the settings for everything. So, if I want to use FS I have to do an hours' worth of setup. These updates are getting more and more invasive and seem to do nothing but obliterate any progress.:mad::mad::mad::mad:
  11. Go back to FSX or X-Plane. MSFS2020 is simply too glitchy and temperamental to use and even when you have gotten everything set up and the hundreds upon hundreds of settings that may have taken days to perfect you will get a mandatory update that can obliterate all your progress in seconds. I, like many others, have deleted it from my drive.
  12. Not again. Please not again......:mad::mad::mad::mad::confused::confused::confused::confused:
