As to what the future holds, I have no clue, but I do agree with you about FS9. As for me: I upgraded PCs each time a new version came out. Dell was always my choice. I didn't have time to waste to...

As to what the future holds, I have no clue, but I do agree with you about FS9. As for me: I upgraded PCs each time a new version came out. Dell was always my choice. I didn't have time to waste to...
I started with FS98 20+ years ago, and I am speaking with folks behind the scenes and DF team members. We are paying VERY close attention to this. If MSFS comes back, we're coming back, and with all...

Sadly, Cessna will not let us build this one (they want licensing fees now).
Otherwise, I sold the Dakota, and this bird is the best thing since...
I always liked Less (Leo) but, in this case agreeing with him is at your own peril! ;)
It has nothing to do with "lobbying" and EVERYTHING to do with profits and stockholder value.
What will Patty Wagstaff or AOPA or EAA, or even writing your congressman do for MS's bottom line or...
Obviously it's a fake photo, and not the 797, or even what Boeing might plan it to be (but one never knows).
The problem with the "flying wing" design for pax is....
Anyone care to guess?
As...
Erick really used the wrong word (I know what it is). Sorry, Erick, but it made zero sense when you wrote it.
How are the girls treating you these days, Erick? ;)
That word just does not apply...
Obviously your aviation knowledge is extremely limited, Ian, either that or you think the whole world revolves around Airbus.
Then again, I do not expect to hear much better at an FS forum these...
I have no idea either, but it sort of looks like a DC-8.
Eric needed to take flying lessons years ago, instead, he decided to educate us on....
what?
Still not sure!
Just bustin' ya' Eric...
How about "none of the above"?
Does the whole aviation world need to revolve around big jet airliners?
Good question, David, and always nice to hear from you! :)
To be honest? Not that I would be dishonest!
I recently flew a Piper Warrior round trip from N30 to CDW and back when we dropped off...
I'd love to do the 210 in FSX, but the FS industry being what it is; to give an example: I received a letter from Cessna about six months ago telling me to "cease and desist" from doing any other FS...
Happy New Year, Peter, and God bless you. :)
No TCAS or, actually "TIS"....
Yet. ;)
Here's the real deal, a 1980 Turbo 210N. Sold the Dakota back in September.
BTW, that's a brand new paint job, and I designed it. It's a bit of classic Cessna with a more contemporary scheme at...
I dunno, aside from us developers raising the bar on ourselves, maybe it has come down to "ROI".
"Return On Investment". ;)

Yes, I'm still alive, and I will be in touch.
No offense, but I have NO idea what you are talking about as to "direction", as there is NO taxi light on the Dakota.
As to it being reversed from rudder input, this confuses me even more.
As...
Hi Richard,
My friend and I thought about buying a PA46 Mirage (the Malibu is old news and no longer built). One must understand the difference between a Malibu and a Mirage, ya' know?
Today it...
There are no trim issues with the Dakota, but I cannot comment on user's hardware or other FS settings / load that may affect this.
The Dakota does not require flaps for takeoff (as per the POH),...

Best wishes and happy flying! :)
Right on the money, Bruce. It displays just as on a VOR or HSI. The glide slope needle moves just as if it were a conventional glide slope, or glide "scope" as some in FS like to describe it. ;)
Real simple, Bert.
Jean-Luc did NOT tell me when they became 64 compatible (he's human, you know?), and, there are still a couple of issues with them in 64 (it's Vista, any surprise?).
So,...
The forum doesn't matter Chris, not when it comes to you! :)
Indeed, pretty close!
To put it another way, the new, Garmin 32 bit trainer is having issues with Vista 64 and RXP's Garmin simulation of it.
This is not easy work, and do not assume that if you can run the new trainer...
