My initial D/L from MS Store presented several problems when running FS2020 from a frozen ATC window to loss of control and so on. Now that I have the mandatory update from 27 July, I'm experiencing the program closing during a flight and stopping the pgm loading process in the middle. Thank heaven I have FSX!

Thanks for the info. I followed the steps. Lo and behold it indicated the Digital Ownership file was already installed. I guess it was included in my original D/L.

I've downloaded the FS2020 files from the MS Store but not the Digital Ownership file. I thought the install pgm would go back to the original page which lists the files. But, alas, it did not. Is there a way to get to that page. BTW, FS2020 pgm appeared to run just fine with one exception---- my Logitec Joystick Pro needs to be calibrated. But I'll save that for another post. Hi VFRGuy: Like you I purchased a new computer with enough 'power' to handle FS2020 (and that's all). When I purchased the Deluxe Premium version from the MS Store, I thought I purchased the disks. Not the case, however. I've attempted to D/L digital copy, but, unable to figure out the procedure. It seems as though I must be a subscriber to the Xbox game thing (with monthly fee). Do not want to do that. 1. Where did you purchase the disk version? (Europe, I presume) 2. Can the digital version from the MS Store be downloaded onto my computer so that I can run FS2020 offline .... on my PC only? I know my questions are not in line with this thread.
