Rex does not cause freeze ups. It's more likely to be caused by something on your computer. I use Rex textures alongside OPus for weather reporting.

With respect, you nothing about the 'Alternative propulsion' methods that were conceived by motor manufacturers therefore, your post is just supposition.

The real reason is about money....

As a footnote on this, every motor manufacturer was asked to design a car with alternative propulsion.
