Customizable Keyboard Layout with Default MSFS Commands April 8th, 2021 OK, it is true: MSFS has more than a THOUSAND commands.* BUT, we can also assign until SEVEN commands to almost every key in our keyboard. I know this would be crazy, but I think you could find useful a layout for remember your custom assignements beside or instead of the default ones. Here you have such a document in two formats: a solid PDF and a fully editable MS Word DOCX. Despite the picture I have attached here, the version of the layout you have downloaded has only default assignements; there is plenty of space for your changes there. My keyboard has an European Spanish layout, and I haven't changed that because you can easily adapt the "idiomatic" keys to your own layout. Feedback and suggestions welcome. I hope you enjoy. LEEL - "El Musel" Heliport, Gijón, Asturias (Spain) Coordinates: 43.549705, -5.695525 The port of "El Musel", located in the city of Gijón, is one of the most important in Northern Spain. The LEEL El Musel heliport is located there, and it is the base of operations for the helicopter of the Spanish Maritime Safety and Rescue Society (SASEMAR). ***************************** This a very basic version, made with the MSFS SDK Scenery Editor, and with the help of several YouTube tutorials. MSFS - Controls List v01. Right now (March 2021, v 1.14.5.0), MSFS has more than 1200 assignable commands, divided in 29 sub-chapters: about 900 for managing the sim and the flights, and near 250 for the cameras. And the structure of the selection menu for locate these commands are often unlikely logic. I hope this guide can help to manage so much information. LEAS - "Aeropuerto de Asturias", Ranon (Asturias, Spain) - v30 This is a version of the default MSFS scenery for LEAS Aeropuerto de Asturias, with some minor enhancements, made with the Alpha 21 version of ADE 2020 (many thanks to Jon Masterson for this wonderful tool). ***************************** Fixes and enhancements detailed in versions history. ***************************** Installation: --If you have installed any of my previous versions, please remove it. --There are TWO OPTIONS in this version: one without jetways, the other with three jetways disposed according to the real airport. The problem is that at present moment (December 2022) there is an issue with jetways in MSFS, that seems to affect all the airports, default, freeware and even payware. The issue is that, after a while, the jetways show a discontinuity and don't work properly anymore. --If you want a version with jetways, please place the folder "leas-fixed-with-jetways" in your "Community" folder. --If you prefer the version without this problematic jetways, please choose the foldes "leas-fixed-without-jetways" in your "Community" folder. ***************************** Feedback welcome. FSX & P3Dv4 Scenery - LEMR - "Aerodromo de La Morgal", Oviedo (Asturias, Spain) version 12 This is a basic scenery for LEMR La Morgal, enhanced with ADE v1.65 in order to make it less sad than the default one, and a few more similar to the Google and Panoramio recent photos. I hope with this file your GA AI Traffic can have place for taking off, landing and sleeping. Included in the scenery is the MW Radio Antenna of Mount Naranco, placed between the airfield and the City of Oviedo. You can use it as a Navigation Aid tuning 729 kHz in yor ADF (Thanks to Francisco Sanchez 'Pacoldfield' for suggesting me this improvement). This scenery has been tested in: --Default FSX --Default FSX-SE --FSX-SE plus several mesh, landclass and scenery enhancers --Default P3Dv4 It works well in all the cases I have tried. ***************************** Installation: --If you have installed any of my previous versions, please remove it. --Please place the files "LEMR_ADEX_FFDC_v12.BGL", and "LEMR_ADX_FFDC_v12_CVX.BGL" in the "Scenery" folder of the “Addon Scenery” folder of your FSX/P3D. ---OR--- --Go to “Addon Scenery” folder of your FSX/P3D, create a folder inside named "LEMR_La_Morgal" (for instance), create a folder inside named "Scenery", and place the files "LEMR_ADEX_FFDC_v12.BGL" and "LEMR_ADX_FFDC_v12_CVX.BGL" in it. FSX/P3Dv4 Scenery - LETF Aerodromo Tomas Fernandez Espadas, Villamartin (Cadiz, Spain) - v04 This airfield has activity from 1997, and in 2007 it received its ICAO code "LETF". These files work with default FSX, FSX-SE and in this version they have been updated to run in P3Dv4. FS2004/FSX Callsign for LEMR La Morgal, Oviedo (Asturias, Spain) With the appropriate version of EditVoicepack installed (FS2004, FSX, or both), and inside it, you can import and install this file and many others available in the community.
