As far as I remember MS never allowed for one ended rwy's. You can close the whole rwy for TO or landing, but not one end. Even though you can do it in the afcad, fs doesn't recognize it.

You also have to have the correct parking spot size in addition to the correct type and code in your afcad. For an A380 it should be 43m, and a B77W it should be 40m. FS looks for the correct size...

It can be done, MAIW does this. Just look at how they do it. It's basically fake airports and flightplan timing.

Usually a crash like that is because of a missing ground texture, not saying ai aircraft wont do it, it's just never happened to me. They usually just show up with no texture on them.
