  1. You can get some manuals for some of the most recent planes made available and "refurbished" by Microsoft. Here: https://www.flightsimulator.com/aircraft-manuals/
  2. The Salty mod is now included with the FBW installer. "Posted April 17 Hi there, Good news for jumbo jet enjoyers! You can now download Salty Sim's Salty 74S from our installer! Simply update the software and share the same convenient modular updates you have with our A32NX." FBW Installer: https://api.flybywiresim.com/installer
  3. Who is Zajefajny, and why has he also uploaded this aircraft, that is supposedly been pirated ?
  4. Don't forget that one of the most common thing that has to be done with this new sim, is to calibrate, and set the sensitivity of your flight controller correctly. It is much harder to do with this sim, in my opinion, than it was with FSX.
  5. Over at flightsim.to an mod to bring Shift-Z to MSFS. https://flightsim.to/file/16358/shift-z-stats
  6. It took me a while to get my CH Yoke settings to work with MSFS. It is now all over the place, so, I checked the sensitivity settings. Now I find that they have added 2 new ones, without any announcement, that I know of. There are now six sensivitity sliders. Does anyone know what the 2 new ones are all about. I would appreciate any help with this before, I attempt to reset my yoke for this sim. Thank you
  7. If you don't mind working with the registry, here is how to do it. By the way you do this at your own risk. Enable long file name support in Windows 10 Start the registry editor (regedit.exe) Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem. Double click LongPathsEnabled. Set to 1 and click OK. Reboot.
  8. @tiger1962; Thanks for your input, i've tried that, but it doesn't work. Actually, every action from the yoke work, however, when attempting to lift off, when I get to about 500 ft. above ground, then the violent action begins. I think I will re-install the sim entirely and, see how that goes. Again, thanks for your input.
  9. This update has grounded me. Using an CH Yoke which worked perfectly, up until patch 1.0.3.0, using only the Icon A5 and Cessna 152, because of the problems, associated with the big birds, everything worked fine. Updated with patch 1.0.3.0, and all of a sudden, when taking off the planes would rise to about 500 ft., and then suddenly, and violently, start going left and right, until it crashed into the ground. I have put in an ticket to Asobo. Until they fix this I'm grounded. Hopefully, they will get out a patch soon. By the way, I changed none of the configurations that I had set up the sim with.
  10. Speaking of CDKeys; I got the Premium Deluxe from them on pre-order, for $98.89. I guess it depends on how it selling at the moment.
  11. How to find ILS frequencies in MSFS2020. Here's how: Go to the World Map (where you do your flight planning) and open the Filters option at the bottom of the screen. Make sure NAVAIDS is "ON." Then, when you close the Filter box and return to the World Map, the physical location of each ILS radio beacon will be visible at all airports with ILS capabilities. After first selecting your Arrival Airport, simply click on the ILS icon at the distant, far end of the runway you'll be landing on, not the ILS beacon over which you'll be flying during your approach. The ILS frequency of this runway will then appear on the right side of your screen.
