After HDD crash I have reinstalled win 10 from scrath and P3d V5.1 hf 1 and I see no more "blue Ribbon" on top of the windows.

Most of my ex-FSX aircrafts 2D panels (modified) do not work as expected.
Most of the standard V4 aircrafts do not have a good 2D panel.

Moving the AiCarriers folder to the LM P3D folders is one step forward BUT
I do need to start the AiCarrier.exe from that folder
to see the AI Ships in the Add-ons windows .
