  1. I'd enjoy the idea of being given options. Basically, allow pilots to choose between flying freely, or being told what to do. I'm trying to do this with Vision Air Virtual and it would be great if anyone would be interested in checking it out and giving it some support. bit.ly/visionairvirtual
  2. I'd suggest taking a look at Vision Air Virtual. Very new and caters for each individual pilot (something most VAs don't do), so plenty of support is available. Basically, we allow you to fly what you want, where you want, when you want. Alternatively, you can 'turn up' the realism and request to be supplied with an aircraft and route to fly. Here's the link to check out: http://bit.ly/visionairvirtual.com Happy simming! Mathew CEO - Vision Air Virtual
  3. UPDATE: Vision Air is now flying! We have our brand new fleet of aircraft (everything of course) and are on the hunt for pilots keen to experience something new and exciting. Although there have been VAs in the past that allow you to fly wherever in whatever, we are not the same. We are pioneering the idea of catering to each individual pilot. What does this mean? It means that upon being accepted as a pilot, you can choose the realism. We can provide you with aircraft and routes to fly, or you can be free and explore our wonderful virtual world. And perhaps the best part? You don't need to leave another VA to join us! We allow you to fly for us as well as any other VA. After all, we are all part of the flight simming community and should all be supporting one another. Apply today: http://bit.ly/visionairvirtual
  4. You can give Vision Air Virtual a shot. I'm the CEO (hi!). Vision Air allows you to fly what you want, where you want, when you want. In addition to this, we allow our pilots to request a route, and we will organise and send this route to them to fly (more realistic for those wanting to simulate real-world airline operations). Vision Air has very little commitment. We have just started, so we are still ironing things out for our pilot handbook etc., but we have started flying using FsHub to record and log flights. If you are interested, take a look at the site: bit.ly/visionairvirtual Any questions, shoot me an email or contact me via the form on the site. Happy flying!
  5. Hey micchon, I'm Mathew, CEO of Vision Air Virtual. It's a new virtual airline looking for some support to get started. We haven't started flying yet, but we are accepting applications. The whole idea is that everyone is catered for, newbies, experienced flyers and anyone in-between. You can fly what you want, where you want, when you want. Have a look here for more info: https://bit.ly/visionairvirtual We'll be releasing a Pilot Handbook soon, but in the meantime, feel free to join another airline, we allow you to fly for us as well as anyone else you choose ;)
  6. Vision Air Virtual is a new airline focussing on catering to the needs of all pilots. Vision Air will be an airline created by its pilots through feedback and inclusivity. Members of VAV are not restricted by rank, location or time. Rather, pilots may fly what they want, where they want, when they want. Alternatively, pilots will be able to request a route (as a once-off or on a schedule) which will be provided to them via dispatch, telling them where to fly to and from and what aircraft they will fly. Almost every flight simulator is accepted from MSFS to Flight Gear. Unlike other virtual airlines, Vision Air truly understands that everyone is busy so we only ask that you fly at least once every three months. Should this be an issue, all you have to do is shoot us an email with a very brief explanation (e.g., exam period, working abroad, etc.) and we will ensure don't miss out when you come back to us, no other questions asked. You may transfer some or all of your hours (at the discretion of the CEO) from another VA upon applying (via a valid method of verification). Furthermore, you may remain a member of another VA or join another VA while you are flying with us (subject of course to that VA's policy). Although we aren't flying just yet, applications are open now with a pilot handbook on its way. You can find out more here: https://bit.ly/visionairvirtual
  7. We have officially opened applications for Intellectual Air! Remember to not judge a book by its cover, the name is misleading. You do not have to pass an IQ test to join. The name began as a joke, but the idea grew more serious and the name kind of... stuck. We are not simply another 'do what you like' airline. Whilst we most certainly have this option, we also offer the opportunity for our pilots to request a flight. This means that they contact our admin and, based on their rank, they will receive a suitable route. If you are interested in learning more and enriching your simulator experience, you can find our site here: https://intellectual-air.sitelio.me I look forward to seeing many of you soon in the virtual skies!
