I got the 737 and saved the configuration as powered up and ready to go but it seems cold and dark. Not a deal breaker so I'll have to learn how to start it up. Amazing to get such detail for free!

Finally was able to log in after it kept booting me out not knowing who I was. I must say the new site has a fresh look to it and I will be patient while the bugs are ironed out. My only criticism would be that you should have beta tested it with a number of users with a more finalized product before making this live. I trust you all will be hard at work smoothing out the bumps of this "beta" offering and I know it will make the users happy again. I'd also like to add that I really appreciate everything Flightsim has done for me freely all these years so I'm not gonna sweat these teething problems, as the service you have provided the community has been immeasurable. I've tried removing static aircraft this way and it screwed up the scenery. Seems like a simple process so I don't know what could've gone wrong.

FS9 is still my go-to, like a comfortable favorite pair of shoes. I have a system totally capable of running MSFS but I'm waiting for all the teething problems to go away as it seems to be a very, very long beta, so no rush there. FSX-SE runs great with all the sliders to the right and I do the odd VFR flying in that, tried P3DV5 but it still doesn't look that great unless I want to buy more payware scenery so it's uninstalled. FS9 is something I can throw everything at and still run a solid 60 FPS so it wins! In fact right now in the process of craming my Canadian skies with all of Darren Belanger's small operator packages to go with the early 2000's WOAI stuff. The fun never stops with this old beast!

I have that package. It is a FlyTampa scenery so just curious, did you download the Miami update from the FlyTampa site? That might fix the problem.

I'd like to see your entire cfg. I've never heard of a callsign interfering with a texture display. Did you create a new [fltsim.x] entry or did you just alter one of the existing AI default entries?

Well, no replies and over 1600 views. Guess what? I had to bite the bullet and buy it again and I'm glad I did. Works great off the bat and I am recapturing the immersive joy I had with this thing in years past.:)

Hey guys, as a former owner of MCE (Multi Crew Experience) I was wondering is there anything that responds to the exact ATC commands? (I don't just mean option numbers) I say former owner because I purchased MCE several years ago and kept my last reg key and emails as far as I could go back including some with MCE. I tried to register my software again but the folks at MCE say that because I didn't have the original purchase email (these things get lost over time and many moves) I'm SOL. So I paid 70 backs for this 12 years ago and I won't re-buy this again. I found that IYP (It's your plane) was pretty good but I can't seem to see that for sale anymore. I've seen other suggestions but videos only show simple control surface commands and such and not interacting directly with the default ATC. Things like Voice Attack look interesting but again, I haven't seen anyone actually use ATC voice script. Any ideas would be appreciated. Cheers!

Yeah for some reason if you don't have USA UT you get that problem and I remember talk of a seasonal crash for the same reason. When you have both USA and Canada-AK there are no problems.

Any more info on this? I'll install AS 6.5 if its worth it. Also I never D/L or stored historic weather, is there any archive that can be accessed?

Still sitting with all my other dormant FS9 files. Wish it would work. Why do you ask?

It's a shame development has stopped. As someone who chooses to run FS9 above all other sims, I was really looking forward to the update, it would have been interesting, I would have paid for it if the wow factor was there. I gotta say I'm disappointed as well on how quickly this project was deep sixed. After all, where would we all be now, if everybody threw in the towel every time a criticism or thoughtless comment came their way? Thanks for the effort, I guess.
