  1. Hi folks I recently was given the logitech switch panel (I already have the Yoke and Throttle quadrant.) How on earth is it configured? I went to the link given, downloaded the test program and the advised driver file. and all switches, gear lever etc all work when running the test program, its connected via usb slot on the yoke.....But in Sim nothing. I've attempted, settings, buttons/levers, Landing gear for example. and gone to new assignment. then moved the lever from gear down to up or vice versa, but nothing... Tried change assignment and still nothing. Looked on logitech support, but that seems decidedly lacking. I'm hoping many on here use it and can advise This is for FSX Steam edition
  2. just a thought. with FS2020 scheculed to have accurate airports, grass strips etc. what will happen to current fsx scenery designers? i suppose immediately not a lot as folks will stick with fsx, whilst moving to 2020, but ultimately more and more will port across. As it uses google maps, there is not a lot of room for the scenenry packs from the likes of scotflight etc.
  3. Finally built the new system. Worked out if I'd bought it would be nearly £2000... built for £1200 INTEL Coffee Lake Core i9 9900K 3.6Ghz - 5Ghz Turbo 8 Core 64Gb 2666mhz ram Nivdia 2080 Super 8gb 480Gb SSD plus 2 TB SATA. 4 internal fans. Win 10 pro.... just got to reinstall FSX see what i can run that at. But it should run fs2020 at a good FPS. There are 2 spare ram slots. so i can upgrade if needs be.
  4. Hi there. Im currently between I7 and I9 will look at a ryzen if necessary. and have a budget at max £1800. looking to make sure i can enjoy fs2020 to the max. Does anyone have any recommendations. I wont touch Alienware. (Dell). their rep has crumbled on the last 12 months. but it needs to be quiet as possible, and beefy enough to run fs2020 at lovely smooth FPS. my curent noisy old beast will run fsx at 50 fps comfortably.. I want to future proof as much as possible. Reason im asking is i have a couple of interesting looking desktops. but want to see if anyone else says the same. Thanks in advance
