Basically, make sure you avoid bottlenecks, I'd say go with GTX 1080 Ti and something like Intel 8400; If you aren't a PC builder, check out some pre-built PCs. However, only buy from Amazon links that have high integrity. I recommend Corsair One i160 and you can play with the specs if the linked version is too expensive.

It definitely should be, although I'd go with an AMD processor and 580 Armor GPU for that specific game

It's not a bad motherboard by any means but I believe we can find something better if you give me a few more pieces of information and some time for research. What's your PC case size and your preferred budget?
