  1. Hello everyone; here is a quick update on "FlightSim Manager"; some of you might remember it from decade ago: it had won gold award from FlightSim.com and is an Install Wizard, VA Fleet manager, Optimizer, AI Traffic editor, LAN viewer and a lot more. Going down the memory lane, apart from a basic introduction video, I've also added some new videos focusing on Install Wizard, Tweaking Method and Diagnostic/Repair of FS installation. I've also started a small KickStarter project, hoping to get enough funding with the goal of having one universal manager for most major simulator and operating system. I'm not sure if it would be against the forum rule to put kickstarter link here; instead, here is the link to intro video. Kickstarter link is on that page. Safe flying. Best regards Rana Intro (2:30m)
  2. well, I got my bottom whipped by the fairer sex; what was your excuse :D Link to FlightSim Manager video:
  3. I do agree; I have SteamVR, and it blew my mind when I stuck my head outside my plane. It is a bit pricey though, and not super smooth for me.
  4. Hello everyone; I hope everyone is keeping safe and flying safe during this troubled time. Quick introduction, though I am hoping that anyone from that old crowd hanging around would remember me fondly. I was quick active back in 2004, and had several utilities from flight simulator; the most popular one was called “FlightSim Manager”: in fact it had won gold award from FlightSim.com; basically it was an Install Wizard, VA Fleet manager, Optimizer, AI Traffic editor, LAN viewer and a lot more. I want to let you guys know about that utility; as it support Microsoft Flight Simulator as well, I posted an introduction to FSX forum; so if you are interester, I would urge you to check that topic out. I wish I could give an URL, but it's under moderation; I'm fully confident that it should be live by the time this post is. Thanks again. Have a safe day. Rana
  5. Saying hello again to the community after 16 years of hiatus Hello everyone; I hope everyone is keeping safe and flying safe during this troubled time. I also had another software called “FSM Moving Map” that would allow you to have google map running within Simulator, or as an external software or even over the network to show your aircraft’s current position. Written in Visual Studio 6 for WindowsXP, and with Microsoft dropping support for both, neither can function without a lot of hacking and messing around. I would like to bring it back to life, with support for modern OS (windows, OSX, and some variants of Linux), and for multiple Flight Simulator like Microsoft FlightSimulator, X-Plane, DCS and so on. If you want to know more about FSM, I have a short introductory video (2m30s) on YouTube. There are also some videos with more details and planned roadmap. Thank you; if you want to know more, please ask away. Best regards Rana
